Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S0.8°E from [T15S R10E S35] T16S R10E S2 CC 1/4 COR, 2907' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 11" in a mound of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears N, 60" distant and a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears N, 30" from the corner. In addition, there is a bare T-post which bears ENE, 53" distant. Found two western junipers with scribed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
