Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present closing quarter corner bears N88.9°E from T15S R10E S35 [T16S R10E S2] SC 1/4 COR, 2156' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4 aluminum cap on 5/8" rebar post; flush with grade

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears S, 60" distant. Found three western junipers with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and, except for the tree in the SE quadrant, LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.

private property SE from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; also see Oregon Corner Restoration Record #0984, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office;
