While the Kempsey RSL Hall was built in 1933, the placement of the curved brick wall, with its array of plaques for local soldiers has been since WW@, and probably even for the 50 year Anniversary of WW2. In keeping with a Cenotaph, there has been a Flag Pole installed, and in this case, of the Nautical style.
