Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present standard corner bears N88.8°E from T15S R10E S35 [T16S R10E S2] SC 1/4 COR, 2645' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 10" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears E, 56" distant. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears W, 27" from the corner. In addition there is a wood lath witness stake. Found two western junipers with scribed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the backsides.

private property S from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 15 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 26, 1966; also see Oregon Corner Restoration Record #0305, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office;
