Bell is suspended inside two brick columns on the "new" courthouse lawn. The original cornerstone of the 1884 courthouse is also part of this monument.

COURT HOUSE AND TO THE
PIONEERS WHO SETTLED
COLEMAN COUNTY.

ERECTED IN 1884.
