Pískovcový blok s ocelovými rameny kríže a trojúhelníkovým pruhledem, který symbolizuje Nejsvetejší Trojici, je dílem sochare Štepána Rattaye. Nachází se na nejvyšším míste poutní cesty od farního kostela svatého Mateje ke kapli Panny Marie Sedmibolestné v Praze-Lysolajích. Tato Boží muka slavnostne požehnal pražský arcibiskup Mons. Dominik Duka dne 3. dubna 2011.

A sandstone block with steel cross arms and a triangular view, which symbolizes the Holy Trinity, is the work of the sculptor Štepán Rattay. It is situated at the highest point of the pilgrimage route from the parish church of St. Matthew to the Chapel of Our Lady of the Seven Painful in Prague-Lysolaje. This Wayside shrines was solemnly blessed by the Archbishop of Prague, Mons. Dominik Duka on April 3, 2011.
