You've got to look up high to see the Woodmen of the World emblem up at the top of this taller-than-usual monument, although "Erected by the Woodmen of the World" is underneath the inscription. Note the dove and oak leaves, which are in very good condition for a monument this old. The family name, "Minton", wraps around the trunk, and the inscription is:
