Located on the upper deck of the Red House Lake Dam and Bridge. Easy and safe to access, it is located on the side walk. Park on the shoulder near the bridge and walk to the bridge to find the benchmark.

Interesting to note that DOP 2 is located at the Stone Tower in ASP (visit link) Would love to find where DOP 1 is located.
