The final resting places of W.N. and Elizabeth Berryhill are marked by a homemade gravestone that they share, in historic Mount Carmel Cemetery, Wolfe City, TX.

This is something of an oddball, given that these sandstone markers had pretty much fallen out of common use by the time the Berryhills had both passed on. Presumably, they are husband and wife, and etched into the stone is:

W.N. Berryhill
Born Feb. 7, 1833
Died Jan. 30, 1907

Elizabeth Berryhill
Born April 11, 1840

---

And there, the stone ends, as it has been placed into a concrete base, removing Mrs. Berryhill's death date.
