Die Skulpture wurde 1994 aus Bronze geschweißt. Künstler ist Bruce Beasley (geb. 1936 in Los Angeles, USA).

Die Skulptur war Bestandteil der zweiten Blickachsen-Ausstellung in 1999. (visit link) Sie stand lange auf dem Ferdinandsplatz von Bad Homburg. Nun ist sie vor der Südseite des Gotischen Hauses, in dessen Skulpturengarten, ausgestellt.
