A twisted ladder reaching for the sky made of steel and oak which is both a ladder and the contrails made by the jet plane atop the sculpture.
"SKY LADDER
Daniel Jones Installed 2012 at Diseworth Brow Made from galvanised steel and oak Sky Ladder has been created by Doncaster based sculptor Daniel Jones with input from the Prince's Trust Coalville Team.
The groups attended a series of workshops where they were tasked with creating designs which form the top of the sculpture. The team also created the carvings which you can see on the oak."
