This draw well in front of Mission Concepcion, along the San Antonio Mission Trail and El Camino Real, served thirsty mission visitors, travelers, and the people who lived here until the city of San Antonio's modern water system built out here around the turn of the 20th century.
Mission Nuestra Senora de la Purisima Concepcion de Acuna, better known as Mission Concepcion, is one of five 18th century Spanish missions located along the El Camino Real in San Antonio TX.
Together these Missions make up the San Antonio Missions UNESCO World Heritage site and the San Antonio Missions National Park.
