Le Mémorial Interallié est un mémorial construit après la Première Guerre mondiale, à Liège, en Belgique. Le mémorial est constitué de l'église du Sacré-Cœur comme édifice religieux et d'une tour comme monument civil.
Liège, en tant que première ville à s'être opposée efficacement aux envahisseurs en 1914, est choisie en 1925 par la Fédération Internationale des Anciens Combattants comme lieu d'édification d'un monument interallié, financé par des souscriptions publiques et privées dans les pays alliés. Sa conception est confiée à l'architecte anversois Joseph Smolderen, et les travaux qui débutent en septembre 1928 sur la colline de Cointe, s'arrêtent, inachevés, en 1935. L'édifice religieux, le premier, est béni et consacré au Sacré-Cœur en 1936. Le monument civil est inauguré le 20 juillet 1937 en présence du roi Léopold III.
L'État belge, devenu propriétaire de la tour en 1949 fait procéder en 1962 à des travaux de restauration, le site ayant été durement touché par les bombardements aériens de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Les travaux s'achevèrent en 1968 : le 20 novembre, le roi Baudouin Ier procède à une nouvelle et seconde inauguration.
Depuis 1985, la tour et l'église sont ouvertes au public, mais seulement trois fois pas an (le week-end de la pentecôte, les journées du patrimoine et le jour de la fête nationale belge).
L'église abrite des trésors dont les statues de deux saints : saint Maur et saint Mort qui est le saint honoré à Cointe[réf. nécessaire].
Le mémorial civil compte, dans son enceinte, plusieurs monuments offerts à Liège par les nations alliées ; sept pays sont actuellement représentés : l'Italie, la France, la Roumanie, l'Espagne, la Grèce, la Grande-Bretagne, la Pologne et la Russie. Ces monuments sont situés les uns à l'extérieur (sur l'esplanade), les autres à l'intérieur de la tour votive (dans la crypte et les salles basse et haute).
Le site de Cointe est unique en Belgique puisque, seul à associer civil et religieux dans une même reconnaissance, il représente un symbole de l'hommage collectif de tous les alliés de 1914-1918 à la Belgique.
La Régie des Bâtiments (organisme fédéral) va procéder à la rénovation à la fois intérieure et extérieure du site à partir du printemps 2007.
L'église a été désacralisée et vendue fin 2010. Elle est classée au patrimoine wallon début 2011.

The Interallied Memorial is a memorial built after the First World War, in Liège, Belgium. The memorial consists of the Sacred Heart Church as a religious building and a tower as a civil monument.
Liège, as the first city to have effectively opposed the invaders in 1914, was chosen in 1925 by the International Federation of Veterans Affairs as a place of edification of an interallied monument, financed by public and private subscriptions in the countries allies. Its design was entrusted to the Antwerp architect Joseph Smolderen, and the work that began in September 1928 on Cointe Hill, stopped, unfinished, in 1935. The religious building, the first, is blessed and dedicated to the Sacred Heart in 1936. The civil monument was inaugurated on July 20, 1937 in the presence of King Leopold III.
The Belgian State, which became the owner of the tower in 1949, had restoration work carried out in 1962, the site having been hit hard by the aerial bombardments of the Second World War. The work was completed in 1968: on November 20th, King Baudouin I made a new and second inauguration.
Since 1985, the tower and the church are open to the public, but only three times a year (the weekend of Pentecost, the Heritage Days and the Belgian National Day).
The church houses treasures including the statues of two saints: Saint Maur and Saint Mort who is the saint honored at Cointe [ref. necessary].
The civil memorial counts, in its enclosure, several monuments offered to Liège by the allied nations; seven countries are currently represented: Italy, France, Romania, Spain, Greece, Great Britain, Poland and Russia. These monuments are located one outside (on the esplanade), the others inside the votive tower (in the crypt and the low and high rooms).
The site of Cointe is unique in Belgium since, only to associate civil and religious in the same recognition, it represents a symbol of the collective tribute of all the allies of 1914-1918 to Belgium.
The Régie des Bâtiments (federal agency) will renovate both the interior and exterior of the site from spring 2007.
The church was desecrated and sold at the end of 2010. It is classified Walloon heritage in early 2011.
