From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Edgington Road, FR1505, and continue generally S for about 4.8 miles. The corner is E, about 0.6 miles from the centerline of FR1505.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 9" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found five ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes. There are yellow BEARING TREE tags on trees in the SE and SW quadrants and on the original pine in the NE quadrant. The latter tree was scribed by John H. McClung in 1870.

Deschutes National Forest all around; see also USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 15 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 26, 1966
