From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally W on US20 and ORE242 for about 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Edgington Road, FR1505, and continue generally S for about 4.8 miles. The corner is W, about 0.4 miles from the centerline of FR1505.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 4" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 23" distant. Found four ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and, except for the tree in the NE quadrant, ATTENTION signs on the backsides.


What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest all around; also see Oregon Corner Restoration Record #0265, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office
