This skatepark has undergone a major renovation in 2017 for a cost of 650000 €
The skatepark measures 1,360 m2 .
He proposes:
A 2,5m deep bowl space (similar to an empty pool) with curves of different depths inside;
A "street" zone with flat platforms, steps, inclined planes, low walls, handrails, benches.
"Quality" landscaped areas adorn the whole (on a total surface of 2,260 m2).

Jean-Pierre Abelin is a French politician.
He is a Member of Parliament for Vienna between 3 April 1978 and 22 May 1981, between 2 April 1986 and 14 May 1988, between 2 April 1993 and 19 June 2012, and a Member of the European Parliament between 24 July 1984 and 25 May 1989.
Since March 16, 2008: Mayor of Châtellerault and President of the Châtelleraudais agglomeration community.
