Dies war das Mittelhaus der Anlage. Die dazugehörende große Antenne stand im nahen Watt (heute nicht mehr zu sehen). Zwei weitere Sender an anderen Standorten wurden benötigt. Dann konnte durch Funkpeilung den deutschen Bombern angezeigt werden, wann sie ihr Ziel erreicht hatten (X-Verfahren, Knickebein).

Diese Angaben stammen von der Infotafel, die hier am Radweg steht.

The German Luftwaffe had a large radar station here, one building can still be seen, but the radar antennae has been demolished. Together with the signals of two other radar station, these X-radar aimed the German airplaines into their target.

The information was taken from the information board situated on the bicycle road nearby.
