"66. 527 Nichols Street, c. 1880s. This rectangular 1+ story building has very little architectural detail. Small square windows are punched into the wall on the upper façade. Display windows on the first floor have been filled in with wood and smaller plate glass windows. This may have been part of the old Fulton Lumber Company since frame buildings associated with the company were attached to the rear of the building. [C]" ~ NRHP Nomination Form

"The old frame buildings that were part of the Fulton Lumber Co. are attached to the rear of the S section of this building." ~ Fulton Historic Survey  Page 855
