The iKOU business currently occupying this corner-placed shop (well, at least it was, a year ago), advertises that it is a place to "Rest, Relax, Restore", and the aromas coming out of it, even when CLOSED, would indicate that.
Built with brown bricks, there is a large flat awning over the footpath, which is stayed back to the brick and rendered faced by steel rods. The bricks of the facade have been painted light 'Mission brown', while the rendered part is a cream.
The Dated part is directly on corner of the intersection, and above the entry door, with the numbers also painted brown.
