"Walmart on Wednesday will open the doors of its new Sacramento store in the sprawling Delta Shores shopping complex along Interstate 5.

Grand-opening festivities are set for 7:30 a.m. at 8270 Delta Shores Circle.

The Arkansas-based retail giant has hired about 300 people to staff the new store."
