Auf dem Gersthofer Friedhof - nahe beim Eingang Jeitnerweg - befindet sich die eindrucksvolle letzte Ruhestätte einiger Mitglieder der freiwilligen Feuerwehr Währing. Es besteht aus einer aus Steinen aufgebauten Mauer. Darauf angebracht ist eine Steintafel mit den Namen, Berufsbezeichnungen und Sterbedaten von 12 Personen, die zwischen 1888 und 1949 verstorben sind.
Darunter sieht man eine zusätzliche Gedenktafel für drei im 1. Weltkrieg gefallene Feuerwehrmänner mit folgender Inschrift:

At the Gersthof Cemetery - near the entrance Jeitnerweg - is the impressive final resting place of some members of the voluntary fire department Währing (18th district of Wien). It consists of a wall assembled by big stones. Mounted on it is a stone tablet with the names, occupations and death dates of 12 persons who died between 1888 and 1949.
Underneath you can see an additional commemorative plaque for three firefighters killed in the First World War with the following inscription:
