Brána je soucástí UNESKO baziliky sv. Prokopa
Románská brána (hlavne její ostení) - brána je puvodním vstupem do baziliky sv. Prokopa. Objevena byla náhodne v roce 1862 kdy se zámecký kaplan pokusil zavesit na jednu stenu rozmerný obraz. Pri zatloukání skoby se však sesunula cást zdiva, která odkryla výklenek, kde se schovává tento vzácný románský portál. Významnost objevu je obrovská jelikož v CR jsou jen dva takovéto portály - druhý je v Tišnove
V jednotlivých pásech portálu mužeme videt rostliny, propasti, pohorí, zvírata, vody a lidi všech národu. Nahore uprostred si mužete všimnout andela, který zde má funkci ochránce, strážce baziliky. Námetem pro výzdobu portálu byl chvalozpev trí mládencu z knihy Daniel ze Starého Zákona. Ta reliéfní výzdoba byla velmi poškozena. Opravy se jí dostalo až v roce 1930 od Vojtecha Suchardy."

The gate is a part of the UNESCO Basilica of St. Procopius
The Romanesque Gate (mainly its door frame) - the gate is the original entrance to the Basilica of St. Procopius. It was discovered accidentally in 1862 when the castle chaplain tried to hang a large picture on one wall. When hooking the nail into the wall, a section of masonry was uncovered, which uncovered a niche where this precious Romanesque portal is hidden. The significance of the discovery is enormous because there are only two such portals in the czechia - the second is in Tišnov.
We can see the plants, the abysses, the mountains, the beasts, the water, and the people of all nations in each portal strip. Up to the middle you can see the Angel, who is here as guardian of the basilica. The theme of the portal was the praise of three young men from the book of Daniel from the Old Law. The embossed decoration has been greatly damaged. The repairs were made only in 1930 by Vojtech Sucharda.
