From the Hidden Mickey Guide: "Look to the left and near the top of the Animation Building. Along the top of some outside windows and wall pillars is tile, and within the tile is a Hidden Mickey. (There are several of these castings along the top of the pillars of the Animation Building. Classic Mickey "hats" are in the tile design." (
