Der 4Fcircle Sportpark im Hasenwald direkt gelegen am Kühler Brunnen
wurde 2007 eingerichtet.
Der Ablauf besteht aus verschiedenen Modulen wie z.B. Ausdauer, Koordination und Kraft
Die Übungen der einzelen Module sind so ausgelegt das 3 verschiedene Schwierigkeitsstufen an jeder Station möglich sind.
Auf den Beschreibungstafeln der einzelnen Station ist je nach Fitnessgrad eine Farbe zugeordnet was gleichzeitig den Schwierigkeitsgrad beschreibt, so steht z.B. die Farbe gelb für das Einsteigerniveau.

The 4Fcircle Sportpark in Hasenwald directly located at the Kühler Brunnen
was established in 2007.
The process consists of various modules, e.g. Stamina, coordination and strength
The exercises of the individual modules are designed so that 3 different difficulty levels are possible at each station.
