[GER] Mit Hamburger Elbbrücken werden mehrere voneinander unabhängige Brückenbauwerke bezeichnet, die in Hamburg den Fluss Elbe überqueren.
Sie bilden eine wichtige Verbindung innerhalb des Stadtstaates Hamburg und verbinden die nördlich der Elbe gelegenen Stadtteile einschließlich der Innenstadt mit dem auf der Elbinsel gelegenen Wilhelmsburg, der Veddel, dem Hafengebiet und dem südlich der Elbe gelegenen Bezirk Harburg und der darüber hinausgehenden Region.
Die mittlere der Brücken mit dem carakteristischen Fischbauchträgern ist dem ÖPNV vorbehalten. An den beiden Eingangsportalen befindet sich jeweils das Hamburg-Wappen. Das Wappen ist in goldfarbenem Metall gehalten auf rotem Grund zu sehen.
[ENG] Hamburger Elbe bridges are several independent bridge structures that cross the river Elbe in Hamburg.
They form an important link within the city state of Hamburg and connect the city districts located north of the Elbe, including the city centre, with Wilhelmsburg on the Elbe island, the Veddel, the harbour area and the district of Harburg to the south of the Elbe and the surrounding region.
The middle of the bridges with the characteristic fish belly girders is reserved for public transport. The Hamburg coat of arms is located at each of the two entrance portals. The coat of arms is held in gold-coloured metal on a red background.
