In a 'Town-House' style, being quite narrow (less than 7 metres), and painted a 'Jacaranda' purple, the downstairs is occupied by the "Hair & Body Spa" - SEKT. Plate glass has replaced whatever had been the earlier display area for this building. The two upstairs windows look like they are now aluminium framed, at least newer than the 1875 vintage of the building. Between the two upstairs windows there appears to a blocked-off door, so it may have had a verandah that was accessible from there.
The Dated part is on a low rendered facade above the second floor. The white "1875" is set against a violet background, within a moulded edge lined section. There is a slight arched raised section, with a flat top, that this is placed in.
