Tempie Findley was a member of the Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle, and that seal is affixed to her headstone. Standing on a large rusticated granite slab, her engraving is on a polished granite slab with rusticated sides.
On either side and at the top of the engraving is an engraved border, and at the cetner top a group of flowers. Alongside her headstone is that of T.J. Findley, who passed away in 1918. Templie's inscription reads:
