Jeffie Oliver was a wife and mother, who lived to be 29. Although not a tree stump, her headstone is a block that has "bark" facing to resemble two trees flanking an ached panel on which the inscription is engraved. At the top of the headstone, the WOW seal is shown on three horizontal logs. Her surname OLIVER is shown in raised letters at the bottom.
