This relief-lettered grey granite block WoW tombstone for Oscar Ray at Oak Grove Cemetery, Nacogdoches TX, notes his military service in WWI in the 132nd Field Artillery, 61st Brigade, Headquarters Company of the 36th Infantry Division.

The tombstone reads as follows:

We were interested in how he died and in his military service, so we checked him out on Ancestry. We found his death certificate and 1920 census record. In 1920 Oscar was working as an electrician. He died instantly in 1925 when he was accidentally electrocuted.
