The Ringling municipal water tower is located on the west side of town between 2nd and 3rd Streets, one block north of Main. This is a cylindrical tank standing on eight legs. It is painted white and reads: "State Champs 89 92 03 12". It is located in an older commercial district, on the edge of a residential area.
