This simple granite block memorial stands near the Nacogdoches County Multi-War Memorial at the north entry to the Nacogdoches County Courthouse. The memeorial reads as follows:
"FORGOTTEN THEATER
Dedicated to the Texans that served in the China-Burma-India theater of World War II
[Unit logo]"
and a supplemental plaque at the base:
"When you go home, tell them of us. Say, for your tomorrow, we gave our today."
