Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present center quarter corner bears N89.0°E from T15S R10E S28 W 1/16 COR, 1313' distant.
It is convenient to drive E on FR1608-100.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 5"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The center quarter corner bears N, about 115' from the centerline of FR1608-100. A fence corner post bears ENE, 13" from the survey corner, and a driven length of 5/8" rebar rising 6" bears NW, 42" distant. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears E, 47" distant. Found two ponderosa pines and a western juniper with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
