I am sure that this KFC outlet was not built when the Jesmond Shopping Centre was built in 1964, as it was Australia's first 'Drive-in' Shopping Centre, styled on the malls in America. KFC is on the northern side of the large car park, with ready access from any direction.
Visited: some time in 2014 - 2016, when my son lived at Jesmond;
back at 1340, Tuesday, 1 May, 2018, to get some more photos!
