This mural is painted on the west wall of Wilson City Hall and forms a backdrop for a lovely memorial park, with the public library flanking the park on the west.

The mural is painted by Chris Presley, a student of Bob Palmer, a well-known muralist and former college instructor. Throughout Oklahoma and other states, Palmer murals beautify both large and small towns alike, often showing scenes of the town's history. This is a patriotic mural with the words "One Nation Under God" on the north end, a large American flag in the center, and the Oklahoma flag on the south end. At the bottom right side are the words: "Palmer / Chris Presley / muralsbypalmer.com".
