The twenty station fitness trail circles the hospital grounds. Sponsored by grants and a cooperative effort of the Scotland Memorial Hospital and Scotland County Parks and Recreation. Information boards are at each station giving helpful workout routine instruction. Many locals use this fitness trail as well as some of the hospital staff on lunch breaks.
