The Penong Windmill Museum features approx 20 different windmills from the biggest in Autralia, 11m in diameter, to one of the smallest ,1.8m in diameter, and some unusual designs.
At one time Penong was called the town of the windmills as it was the only way to get water and there were more than a hundred within the town boundaries
