They are mounted on a steel pipe swinging gate, that is attached to a large and tall wooden post, that is part of the 'Arch' announcing "Kellington Grove". Between the two 12-spoked steel rimmed Wagon Wheels, is a smaller steel circle, that has a brown painted "K" in it.
It seems unusual that there is a 'need' for a swinging gate, when there is a well maintained cattle grid with sloping wooden sides at the entry to this property!
