The Skanska Scraper was built in 1986-1989 in Gothenburg. Ralph Erskine was the architect of the building. It's official name is Lilla Bommen but it is also known as The Lipstick or The LEGO-house (my favorite). Today it is housing offices and a restaurant at the top of the building.
