Am Kirdorfer Kreuz, also in der Mitte des Ortsteils Kirdorf, findet sich die Bäckerei Kraus. Optisch nur ein kleines Geschäft, es sollte aber nicht übersehen werden. Morgends wird früh geöffnet, Mittags eine kurze Pause gemacht.
