The Goulbourn Recreation Complex was built by the former township of Goulbourn in 1999. The complex includes an arena, a pool, and fitness rooms. Soon after the complex was open, the township became a part of the united city of Ottawa. In 2012, the city built a second arena. That arena has been named to honour hockey player Matt Bradley.

The hours of operation posted below are for the complex as a whole on weekdays. Public skating is offered at least three times each week.
