Opening early, and closing late (5am to 10pm), you would probably be able to stop for something to eat, and get your WiFi at most times that you are travelling the Monaro Highway, but don't expect to be able to charge up your device while you eat. [No suitable outlet seen.]
Even on New Years Eve there was plenty of seating and parking.
