Station Brugge (French: Gare de Bruges) was opened on 12 August 1838 with the current building in use since 1939. The station is one of the busiest in Belgium.
There are two clocks on the station. The one visible from the outside of the station is large, about 2m diameter, and a simple electric drive movement. The face is of a white translucent material with a single ring holding the hour marks, the hands are simple, rectangular in shape. The ring and hands are painted black.
The other clock, on the south wall of the concourse, is placed in a mural of mythical beasts which runs the full length of the wall. It also is electric driven. The minute marks form a circle with the hour marks inside, both stuck to the substrate. The hands are of a simple round-ended tapering design, and, along with the marks are in a gold colour.
The co-ordinates are for the main entrance to the station.
