My wife and I were passing through Wilderville and saw this neat-looking church and stopped to take a few pictures. There was a church rummage sale finishing up and one of the church volunteers approached us and we inquired about the church. She said the church building was at least 120 years old. The church Facebook page mentions this Methodist congregation existing in this church since 1983.
The church sign in front says the pastor is Charles Chase. There is a nice colored stained glass window in front. The bell tower of the church looks to have possibly been taller with a steeple on top and was shortened, like so many other older church buildings we've come across in our travels.
