Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S1.0°E from T15S R9E S13 24 R10E S18 19 COR, 2651' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe, rising 4" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The present quarter corner bears N, about 80' from the centerline of FR1505-410. A Carsonite post with a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal bears N, about 49" from the corner. Found a western juniper and a ponderosa pine with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the backsides.
