A stone monument surrounded by many other veterans memorials. The words on the attached plaque are in both English and French. The Canadian and US flags are both displayed at the top of the monument. There are insignia from Canadian military branches attached to the stone.

This monument is erected in grateful memory of those Canadians who died while serving with the United States Forces and those Americans who died while serving with the Canadian Forces.
Their sacrifice strengthens and exemplifies forever the bond between our two great nations.

Description of Memorial: The monument is in a city-owned park east of downtown. The area of the park is dedicated to many veteran memorials. Being a city with many military installations (US Air Force Academy, Army's Fort Carson, Schriever Air Force Base, Peterson Air Force Base, Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station), the veterans memorials are appropriate and often visited.
