One of the 480 (as of december 2017) Hofer/Aldi-Stores in Vienna. The whole subsidary chain of Aldi-Süd in Austria is called Hofer. Most customers here in Austria never heard about Aldi.

This store offers no free parking. Since the whole district is a Kurzparkzone except on saturdays, you will have to buy a parking-ticket from the city, unless you live in this district and have a Parkpickerl.
If you dont understand the term "Parkpickerl", you'd better leave your car outside Vienna or in the garage of your hotel. Its a label on your car which proves you have paid a monthly/yearly fee and is only valid in the district where your flat or appartment is. For short-time parking you can buy tickets in cigarette-shops and banks. But anyhow, the maximum time you can park in a Kurzparkzone is usually 2 or 3 hours. The smallest Tickets are good for 10 minutes and are free.
