Kapli nechala postavit se souhlasem obce a starosty Josefa Páleníka na své náklady Anna Mullerová, majitelka zemedelské usedlosti c. 13. Nechala ji zasvetit své patronce, sv. Anne. Se stavbou se zapocalo r. 1900, stavební práce provádel stavitel Valenta z Konice. Na podzim r. 1902 byly práce dokonceny. Slavnostní svecení kaple a mramo-rového kríže, vystaveného u vchodu kaple, probehlo v nedeli 14. 7. 1903 za velké úcasti obcanu nejen z Budetska, ale také ze širokého okolí. Na žádost budetských obcanu pak vydala arcibiskupská konzistor povolení, aby se smely konat v kapli každorocne bohoslužby 4 krát do roka: na den sv. Josefa, na den Božího tela, na sv. Annu a na sv. Martina. Tyto mše se konají i v soucasnosti, mimo to se v kapli konají v kvetnu májové pobožnosti.

The construction started in 1900, construction work was carried out by the builder Valenta of Konice. In the fall of 1902, the work was completed. The celebration of the chapel and the mramor cross, built at the entrance of the chapel, took place on Sunday, July 14, 1903, with the great participation of citizens not only from Budejka but also from a wide area. At the request of the citizens of the city, the archbishop consistor issued permission to take place in the chapel of worship every year 4 times a year: Joseph, on the day of the body of God, Annu and St. Martina. These masses are also held today, except for the May May in the chapel.
