In my opinion one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau houses in Palma de Mallorca.
This residential building was designed in 1909 by the goldsmith and owner Lluís Forteza-Rey. He was a friend of Gaudi and so the design for this building is based on its style.
The characteristics of this building are in keeping with the Art Nouveau modernist trend, which extraordinarily prolongs the stylistic decoration of the façade to the interior. This demonstrates the strong influence of Catalan modernism, especially some of Gaudí’s works.
