"Liberty Plaza designed by Professor Richard Turner. Dedicated on May 4, 1999 in memory of Ambika Paul with gratitude to Lord Swraj Paul and family. Caparo Group London and Bull Moose Tube Company, USA., and with special apprecitation to The City of Berlin, Congressman Christopher Cox, W. Guy Fox, Norma and Bob Lineberger, Libby and Ed Pankey."
