This is a real gem of a place, tucked into the corner of a shopping center. One can have table service, or be seated at the Teppanyaki grill (what most people erroneously call "Hibachi"). The service is fantastic, and the chefs will go a little beyond the "flaming onion volcano" banter with you, genuinely interested in you, where you live, what interests you, or whatever, and yes, they'll leave you alone once dinner is served.
For lunch, they've got Bento boxes, noodle dishes, and a good selection (20) of sushi rolls. For dinner, they have a tremendous selection: Chicken, shrimp, scallops, calamari, red snapper, steak, filet mignon, salmon, vegetables-only, and lobster are your choices, and there are combinations as well. For the kids, they have chicken, shrimp, steak, and scallops. They also have an expanded sushi menu later in the day, and if you're not seated at the grill, they offer noodle dishes, soups, sushi entrées, teriyaki and tempura plates, and a different kids menu.
They also have a small bar, and a few choices of beer and wine. While you can get the el cheapo house sake, heated up, do yourself a favor and try something cold, and the Nigori sakes they have will perfectly complement your meal.
